We use SP110E Bluetooth controllers - to connect to these with your device, download the app “LED Hue” for Apple or Android.

Once you have the app installed, make sure bluetooth is enabled on your device, start up the app, and connect to the device:

Once you’re connected, you’ll have a range of color controls and effects to select from the app:
