This 3D printing file for a basic caster/roller uses cheap skateboard (608) bearings and a 1/4-20 screw. It’s nice to be able to print these as they’re significantly cheaper than most casters (About 1.60$ for a set of four), low profile, and they can be made on-demand. Lately I’ve been using these to create under-table storage racks that I can easily wheel out.
All screws can be ¾"-length ¼-20 screws, and the mounting screws can also be standard wood screws. Mounting holes are 45mm apart. I recommend printing in PETG for durability.
There’s the standard .STL files for 3D printing and also a .STEP file if you’re comfortable with CAD and would like to adjust the holes in any way.
